Estate Cleanouts, Phoenix, Arizona

What is an estate cleanout?

Estate Cleanout specialist vs. Big name haulers & weekend junk hustlers.

What is the first step in an estate cleanout?

When a person passes away, or dies, all of the real estate and personal property. money. stocks, bonds, all assets that they owned in life individually is said to be the estate  property.

So an estate cleanout or cleanup is the cleaning up, cleaning out, removing of all items from furniture to appliances & everything in between.

The team at Moving Forward FCO understand how all consuming the pain, grief, stress of losing a member of your family or a dear friend can be.

If there is question we can answer for you please don't hesitate to ask.

We are experts only because we have the personal experience, the education, training on the psychology of how we all deal with  death & loss.

We have helped many people through these trying times. with estate cleanouts. With consistency you learn how to develop a client driven plan that meets deadlines & respectfully follows wishes.

My first estate cleanout was when I was only 8 years old. Mom's side kick. They had homemade mulberry wine in beautiful aqua colored jars & a beautiful Tiffany lamp I cherish.

We are this business because we adore helping others & giving back. It shows when you like what you do. I adore what I do.

Call today for your free estimate or just to talk.

Secure property

Call out when entering property that you are there with the estate. I do this each time I enter a property I don't care who says it is clear. I am safe & not sorry about it!

  • Change locks
  • Log in to any security systems.
  • Lock all windows & doors.
  • Lock sheds, garages, shops.
  • Lock cars, tucks, RV's. and take all keys.
  • Turn some lights on and leave one or two on.
  • Leaving a radio on low is good.
  • Turn porch lights on.
  • Set up security cams or bring a battery powered one.
  • Private property signs.
  •  Doorbells that you can answer from phone or security cam alerts are amazing.
  • Inform neighbors of death & let them know who will be there & your contact details.
  • Have someone or a company like Moving Forward FCO come by and check on the property if you will not be coming daily. This is an excellent resource with the homeless crisis in Phoenix, Arizona. Sadly as well as the increase of squatters across our country.
  • Take video, photos of property inside & out before anyone else steps on property.

While estate planning companies in Arizona might have a list of junk removal companies for your area. Do your own research. Even the big boys in junk hauling do a lot of wasteful things to some of us in the industry.  It is nice to choose one of the little companies that are small but can handle the opportunity. Small local, family ran companies appreciate your support. A number of them might still have some core values, & standards, morals, much as your own.

While it is upsetting to bring up things of such nature in these sensitive times. Sometimes we have to be frank to prevent someone more trauma, & pain moving forward.

Not all junk removal companies or estate cleanout services, or businesses,  are going to give you a free estimate.

Document, before, druring, after cleanout with video's and pictures.

Not all estate clearers or cleanout services in the greater Phoenix, Arizona region do inventory of all contents of estate of recently departeds home & property inside and out both business and home.

Not all can communicate updates. separate contents of estate, pack, take to storage, take to your favorite charity in the valley.

It is a very sad fact that a lot of junk removal service providers don't try to save the things from a estate cleanout or cleanup. It maybe that they have no space to store until they can donate or sell. Or they have no idea of the value of items or just the history.

Maybe they have no time to mess with it.

Maybe they have no relationships with the charities across the Phoenix valley.  Or maybe they take Junk Removal literally. They think it is all to be broken, destroyed and put in dump. Maybe they just don't understand the huge impact they are making .

A huge number of junk haulers break good, useable furniture, take appliances that work, new useable construction materials, Fine art,  play sets, huge planters, statuess, new clothes, new furniture, toys still in boxes, teaching supplies, tools.

You name it & my team & I have most likely seen a junk hauler pack in the landfill and dispose of it.

At Moving Forward Foreclosure Cleanouts we try to divert everything we possibly can from going to the Phoenix, landfill and substations across the valley.

If you wish not to have donated just let us know. We absolutely honor those personal times when things must be properly destroyed.

Donating to charities, finding families, churches, group homes, schools, homes for each item that we can.

Recycling, renewing, reusing.

We are blessed with the space to allow us to help do our part with the environment but also give a hand up to those in need.

But lets face it. It feels good knowing someone is not gonna go jump on something in the parking lot that you grew up using.

We are here to help lift you and your stress through a nightmare & we promise to not make it anymore painful.

Take a breath and give us a call.

You are not alone in being empty & frozen right now.

Things to grab from estate before an estate cleanout.

Important people to notify after loss of a loved one.

You don't have to do all this alone. There are many of us that are living with out our hero's our other halves, our inspiration for being.

I still don't know how I moved at all.  Let alone how I took care of my small boys, worked, went to college when my dad was murdered in the bedroom I grew up in. I got the call from my grandma my first day of college.

I know how you just glade through the motions. How can the people around you even think you can function let alone plan a funeral, handle and estate being taken care of an cleared, cleaned out to sell, rent, move into.

Don't let the despair take all the beauty away from life. No One wishes that when they leave this earth for those they love to suffer.

As a NAMI advocate I always post information about NAMI. But there are lots of free groups & support available. Talk, share, ask for help.

I use that hurt, that pain to push me to do one great thing each day. It takes time. But trauma changes the brain physically folks. It is NOT just in your head.

Learning to adapt is not easy. But know that your loved one would want you to take care of yourself first.

May you find your own unique way to honor the one you love.
